Catalans Dragons have sign French U19 international Louis Jouffret.

The former Avignon Junior spent the last season with the Warrington Wolves U19 and will play with the club reserve team Saint-Estève XIII Catalan in the French Elite Championship.

“I’m delighted to join the club and the Dragons reserve team.”

“There is a strong and really young squad this season and I hope we can win a trophy with the reserve team.”

“My main objective is to join the Catalans training squad during the Super League season and to work with the Dragons players.”

Reserve Team chairman Gérard Caillis said : “It’s a great news for the club to attract one of the best French young players.”
