New deal for Laurent Frayssinous


 
 

Catalans Dragons headcoach has signed today a new two years contract with the club.

The former Dragons player and France international joined the coaching staff after hanging up his boots in 2007.

Laurent Frayssinous said : “I’m delighted to have extended my stay with the club and honored to have the support and the confidence of the board.”

"I'm really looking forward to growing and developing the club who is going in the right direction.”

“We have some very exciting prospects in the squad and the launch of our Academy team is an excellent opportunity for our junior products who are coming through and I’m excited to work with them in the next two seasons.”

The former Mick Potter, Kevin Walters and Trent Robinson assistant became the first French headcoach of the club history in 2013.

Chairman Bernard Guasch added : “I’m really happy to keep Laurent at the club for the next two seasons. He always had our support during the last two seasons and, with the experience he gained, I’m sure he will continue to build and develop the team.”

 

The club will also keep Football Manager Sébastien Raguin. The former France International and Catalans player from 2007 to 2012 joined the staff at the end of the 2012 season. “I’m delighted to stay here and I would like to thank the club for his support. I’m now looking forward to continue helping the club to develop and improve.” Said Sébastien Raguin.
