French Elite Championship is back in two months and St Estève XIII Catalan will undergo a number of changes ahead of the new season.

St Estève XIII Catalan will be chaired by Greg Mounis and Olivier Elima, two former Catalans Dragons' players, Rémi Delherbe and Geoffrey Reiser, two company directors. This quartet will lead the club while former chairman Gérard Caillis will remain the clubs' Honorary President after 12 years in charge of the club.

Justin Murphy, U19 headcoach during the last two seasons, will take charge of the reserve team. He replaces Eamon O’Carroll who will return to England at the end of the Super League season to become the new headcoach of Bradford Bulls in 2024. Justin Murphy will be assisted by Rémi Casty. The former Catalans Dragons' captain returns to the club on a one-year deal as assistant coach of the reserve team.

Former co-manager with Justin Murphy last season, Patrick Noguera will be in charge of the team, assisted by Sébastien Maris.

To complete the staff, Micky McIlorum will join the reserve team, juniors coaching staff and the Campus next season to work with the teams as part of his career change plan before the end of his career.

Bruno Castany (Training Centre Director) and Julien Touxagas (General Manager) will continue to manage both teams and staff.

Many players return to the reserve team as former U19 Super League and reserve team players Corentin Le Cam, Franck Maria, Lucas Jampy, Matthieu Khedimi, Romain Khedimi and Bruno Castany join the club for the 2023-2024 season. Former USAP player Nino Seguela has also signed for Catalans Dragons reserve team following a successful trial with the Dragons' training squad.
