World Cup Round 2 fixtures


 
 

Rugby League World Cup group stages Round 2 starts this evening! 

The Dragons will be in action on Saturday in the clash between England and France. 

Sam Tomkins and Micky McIlorum have been named in England's squad while Mike McMeeken have been rested by the headcoach Shaun Wane. France keep the same squad as against Greece and 13 Dragons players will represent Les Bleus. Kick-off at 6pm CEST at Bolton.

Tyrone May, who suffered a hip injury against England, is out for the rest of the World Cup and will miss Samoa's game against Greece on Sunday.

Dylan Napa won't play this round either. He is set to serve his second and final match suspension with Cook Islands against Papua New Guinea on Tuesday.

Siosiua Taukeiaho, the Dragons' future player, will face Wales on Monday.
