The Dragons in action this weekend

17 Catalans Dragons players will represent their national teams this weekend one week before the World Cup kick-off.

Micky McIlorum and Mike McMeeken will play this evening against Fidji at Salford in the last test-match of England before hosting the World Cup. Sam Tomkins has been spared and won't play this match.

Represnted by 13 Catalans players, France will take on Tonga on Saturday at Halifax before to start their World Cup on Monday, October 17, against Greece.

Matt Whitley will also play this week-end. England Knights' captain, who helped his team to beat France B last week, will compete in a friendly match over Scotland at Edinburgh on Saturday.

Dean Whare has been named in New Zealand Kiwis' squad to face Leeds on Saturday evening at the Emerald Headingley Stadium. The New-Zealand centre takes advantage of the Kiwis' missing players from the NRL Final to be part of the New Zealand squad.
