Macron new Official apparel supplier

Catalans Dragons are delighted to announce that Macron will become the new official apparel supplier from the start of the 2022 season on a five year contract.

The club would like to thank former supplier O’Neills for their contribution over the last three seasons, which were marked by the difficult Covid-19 period but also by the incredible success of the game at the Camp Nou in 2019 and the superb 2021 season including this sold-out semi-final at the Gilbert Brutus Stadium and the Betfred Super League Grand Final at Old Trafford.

From December 2021, the club will take over the stadium shop and the online store, having chosen to commit to a long term collaboration with the Italian brand Macron.

Macron is a leading European company in the production and sale of sportswear. Involved in international professional football and in particular in Ligue 1 (OGC Nice, FC Nantes), and also in rugby union with clubs and national teams such as Wales, Scotland, Italy, ASM, LOU Rugby, Biarritz Olympique or Pau in Top 14, Macron is also the official supplier of the Parramatta Eels in the NRL.

"We are delighted to bring the Macron Hero to Super League pitches thanks to the partnership with a club as important as Dragons Catalans. – declared Gianluca Pavanello, Macron CEO, - The world of rugby is our domain, and as such, we are thrilled to be able to provide the Catalan team with the quality and technicality of our garments to help improve the already excellent performance of their players on the field. We want to bring out and enhance the club's colours, symbols and history, giving the fans a line of clothing that they can wear with pride to support their heroes on the pitch.

"We are really proud to welcome the Italian manufacturer Macron as our new apparel supplier. Following a superb 2021 season, Toulouse's promotion into the Betfred Super League and the next World Cup in 2022, we are at a crucial turning point in our history. Macron is an internationally renowned, young, and dynamic brand, which will accompany us along this new chapter of French Rugby League.” Bernard Guasch, Catalans Dragons chairman.

The Stadium and online stores will remain closed until Monday 29th November. The club is also working on a brand new online shop for the launch of the 2022 Macron range.
