Catalans Dragons reserve team produced a hardworking performance to beat Villeneuve 43-24 in the French Elite Championship first Playoffs game.

7 tries helped Justin Murphy’s side to seal a precious win over Villeneuve. Behind at the break, the reserve team scored quickly in the second half to go front. With a 25-24 lead 5 minutes before the end, Catalans Dragons reserve team scored 3 more tries to secure a 43-24 victory in a tough clash.

The reserve team will travel to Lézignan next weekend to reach the French Elite Championship Final.
