Lewis Tierney leaves the club

Catalans Dragons can confirm Lewis Tierney is leaving the club.

The Scotland International, who was under contract until the end of the 2021 season, has been released by the club to join Leigh.

Arrived at the club in 2017, he had a great impact on his arrival, helping the club to win in the Million Pound Game. He won the Super League title in 2016, the World Club Challenge in 2017 with the Warriors and the Challenge Cup in 2018 with the Dragons.

He scored 22 tries in 66 games with the Dragons.

We would like to wish him all the best for the future. Thanks Lewis !

Steve McNamara, Catalans Dragons Headcoach
Lewis is a great lad who has played a major part in the development of the Dragons. He was instrumental in our survival in Super League in 2017 and the Challenge Cup win in 2018. He leaves with our best wishes.
