Some of them have been made official during the season, as Luke Walsh and Paul Aiton, forced to retire through injury, or Fouad Yaha, who has joined Rugby Union club Agen. Vincent Duport will join Lezignan and Louis Anderson retired from professional Rugby League.

And two other players will not wear the Catalans Dragons jersey in 2019.

Iain Thornley, who arrived at the club in 2017 and scored 9 tries in 36 Super League appearances, will leave the club.

Josh Drinkwater, who has been a key player this season since his arrival in April, will also depart the club. The Australian scrum half made 17 Super League appearances, registering 7 tries, 134 points and 22 try assists.

Steve McNamara : “We are very grateful for the contribution all of the players have made to the club and we wish them well in their future careers.”
