Greg Bird pleaded guilty to but challenged the severity of the Grade D Dangerous Contact charge from the Super League game against Wigan Warriors on July 27. Tribunal felt the grading was correct and the player has been suspended for 4 matches and fined £500.

He will miss Sunday Challenge Cup semi-final against St Helens.
