Dragons represented in the round 3


 
 

The Dragons will be heavily represented in the round 3 of the 2017 Rugby League World Cup.

13 Catalans Dragons players feature in the week three.

 

Group A

France team is dominated by Catalans players, with 9 players named in the Aurélien Cologni Squad.

Lucas Albert, Ben Garcia, Jason Baitieri, Fouad Yaha, Julian Bousquet, Antoni Maria and Thibaud Margalet will all face England on Sunday.

Nabil Djalout and Lambert Belmas have been named in the 21 man squad but should not face England.
 

 

Group B

Two Catalans Dragons players will represent the Dragons in this group.

Lewis Tierney will start at fullback for Scotland against Samoa.

Sam Moa will start the game on the bench for Tonga against New-Zealand.
 

Group C

Papua New Guinea have named a strong side to play USA in Port Moresby, which includes Paul Aiton at lock.

 


 

Group D

Brayden Wiliame has also been named in the Fiji squad by Head coach Mick Potter to face Italia and will start the game in the back row.
