Stewart shorlisted for Player of the Month award

Title sponsor First Utility has today revealed the nominations for the Official First Utility Super League Player of the Month competition for May, which lets fans vote for the league’s most outstanding players, with the Dragon’s Glenn Stewart making the shortlist.

Stewart makes the shortlist for the second consecutive month as he continues to be an influential part of his side’s good form. Wins against Hull KR and Huddersfield Giants means that Catalans Dragons sit in third place, tied on points with Warrington and just two points shy of league leaders, Hull FC.

If you feel that Glenn deserves to be the First Utility Super League Player of the Month for May – vote at http://woobox.com/xpt4bn or via www.Facebook.com/FirstUtilitySuperLeague

Each fan who votes will go into a prize draw with one lucky supporter getting the chance to present the First Utility Super League Player of the Month trophy to the winning player. The two players with the most votes will then be considered by a judging panel consisting of representatives from First Utility & League Weekly, where an overall winner will be revealed.

Voting is now open, and the May First Utility Super League Player of the Month shortlist is as follows:

  • Luke Gale (Castleford Tigers)
  • Danny Houghton (Hull FC)
  • Junior Moors (Castleford Tigers)
  • Scott Taylor (Hull FC)
  • Glenn Stewart (Catalans Dragons)

Fans have until 4pm June 3rd to register their votes for May’s First Utility Super League Player of the Month award.
