Headcoach Laurent Frayssinous added: “ It is great news for the club to keep Julian for the next two seasons.”

“He has improved a lot to become a Super League player, he will of course bring us his on-field qualities but also his attitude and desire to help the club to develop and we want to build our future with Julian.”

“We always had belief in him and we are delighted to see his efforts rewarded.”

Club CEO Christophe Jouffret said: “We are delighted Julian has agreed a new contract with the club”

“Julian has an outstanding potential and with his strong mentality and his motivation, I believe that he has a big future in the game.”

“ He has to keep working hard to become one of the leaders in our pack as David Ferriol or Jérôme Guisset were before him.”
