20 - Michael Simon

One of the great hopes of the Dragons for the coming years.  A tough prop, since arriving at the club he has worked hard to develop his strength. Subject to fierce competition in the Catalan pack, he nevertheless managed to gain the confidence of the coaches and also to feature regularly on the score sheet.  Now he only lacks match practice to claim a regular place in the team - where experience is a major asset, but his potential, his work capacity and his will to win will permit him to assure his place in the “sang et or” pack.  A former team-mate of David Ferriol at Limoux, many would like to see him follow in David's footsteps with the Catalan Dragons.
