Dragons U19 player to make history for Brazil Rugby League


 
 

Catalans Dragons U19 player Renato Amaro Silva has been called up to the Brazil squad for a training camp in Australia.

The Catalan prop born in Brazil, who joined the club at the beginning of the season and who recently won the French Elite Championship with the Juniors, could earn his first cap for Brazil in a test-match against South Africa on Sunday, June 5.

Renato Amaro Silva, who will turn 19 next month, would become the first-ever player from a Super League club to play for Brazil.
