Alex Chan, the Catalans Dragons general manager, has been fined £500, the sum suspended until the end of the 2021 season, for a statement released on July 16.

He has been found guilty of breaching the Operational Rules, and also the Respect policy.

The RFL works constantly with clubs on the efficacy of the game’s disciplinary procedures. Those procedures include the right of appeal, and the opportunity for internal feedback.
