Catalans Dragons support Action Against Hunger
For the third consecutive year, Catalans Dragons have choosed to support Action Against Hunger.
The beginning of this support for the 2019 season will be given during the match against Castelford at the Gilbert Brutus stadium of Perpignan.
Monday 22th April - An occasion not to be missed
Action Against Hunger and the Dragons Catalans are continuing their sporting partnership all over the year. The rugby league club will wear the colors and carry the message of AAH in order to sensitize the supporters and support the association in her fight. For several years, AAH is implementing sporting partnership with different french team. During the match of Monday 22th April; the Dragons Catalan will face Castleford. The kick off will be set by Antonio LOPEZ, member of the CA of the association.
Action Against Hunger, 40 years of fight against hunger
Created in 1979, AAH is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) – fighting against hunger over the world. Its mission is to save lives eradicating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of malnutrition, in particular during and after emergency situations caused by conflicts and natural disasters. Yet, hunger is not a fatality ! Wherever AAH teams intervene, lives are saved!
In 2017, Action Against Hunger has supported 20 millions people in 47 countries over the world. Volunteers gathered in around thirty delegations in France are committed to support this cause.
