Wigan Warriors moved back to within four points of Betfred Super League leaders St Helens after staging a remarkable fightback to beat Catalans Dragons 32-23.

The Warriors were 21-0 down early in the second half but rallied superbly to stun their hosts in Perpignan.

Catalans were in control at half-time thanks to tries from Benjamin Jullien and David Mead plus seven points from the boot of Tony Gigot.

The Dragons appeared to move out of sight early in the second half when Benjamin Garcia crossed.

Gigot's fifth goal from a penalty just after Dan Sarginson's try made it 23-4 but Wigan scored 28 unanswered points through tries from Oliver Gildart, Joe Burgess, Liam Farrell, Sam Tomkins and Tony Clubb to record a stunning victory.
