Dragons head into training camp

The Dragons will be taking part in a three-day training camp as they step up their pre-season training ahead of the 2017 Betfred Super League season.

They will train with the Perpignan Fire Brigade for the next three days, also staying two nights at the Fire station.

Catalans Dragons headcoach Laurent Frayssinous said: “I’m really pleased with the pre-season so far. The boys are working hard and I’m satisfied with their investment and their attitude since the start.”

“This camp is an opportunity to take the boys out of their habits and comfort zone and find out more about how they deal with adversity, both individually and as a group.”

“We'll be putting them through a series of challenges, both mental and physical, and we'll be looking for them to come together as a team during three really intense days.”

“This camp will be an opportunity to see the natural leaders in the group.”
