Dragons sign Tony Gigot


 
 

Catalans Dragons have signed French international utility back Tony Gigot until the end of the season.

The former Avignon player is back at the club after spending time with the London Broncos and in Australia.

Tony Gigot said : “I’m delighted to be back the club.”

“I want to prove now I deserve this second chance.”

“The club has really changed and I’m happy to be back at the Gilbert Brutus Stadium.”

Tony Gigot, 24, made 22 Super League appearances between 2010 and 2011 during his first stint with the Dragons.

Laurent Frayssinous commented : “Tony has been one of the best players in the French championship this season.”

“He has matured a lot since his first experience with the Dragons and is ready for this new challenge.” 

“He is a young French player with great potential and that's why we have chosen to give him that second chance.”
